I’m interested to know your payment plans; do you have or offer any?

Yes, at the beginning of every project we require a non-refundable fifty percent deposit and the remaining balance on the day your site goes live or three months from the date the contract is originally signed. We require the total amount upfront in some instances, but that is strictly on case by case bases. If the cost of the project is above five-thousand dollars, then the balance will be broken down into stages or phases to be paid after each phase is complete once the deposit has been made. We offer this payment plan to make the website you want more affordable. However, payment plans are not available on smaller packages, web hosting and SEO plus some restrictions do apply. If the refund is requested before the work begins, then that’s the only time your deposit becomes refundable.

Since we're not as big as your company, we are frightened that you may not have time for small projects and we'll end up being put on a back burner. We love your services and we do hope to have business with you; do you work with small companies or individuals?

What form of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover are accepted. We also accept PayPal, Checks, Money Orders and Western Union. (In North America, only scam companies offer Money Orders and Western Union as payment options).

Do you have your own servers?

Yes, and we do have a bunch of servers in our Data Center in Dallas & Houston. In your About Us page, you said you're located in Phoenix. Which is it?

Do I still have to host with you? (This is the first mention that you even offer hosting, which as a client I wouldn't believe because your email address is hosted by gmail).

No, BUT preferring to host with us is a great advantage for you. Why? Because all technical aspects regarding management of your hosting account and servers will be taken care of by US. Plus you just have a one point contract for your Web Presence. We will make your website one less worry for you. It is always better to call a single reliable company who can take care of everything while you focus on your business, if there are troubleshoots.

Can you do sites like eBay/MySpace/YouTube and the likes? (Are you trying to say "Can you replicate sites like...?

Yes, but because specialized sites lrequire complex web development, they are quoted on a case-by-case basis. (The way you've written it – "can exceed to ten thousand dollars (and it would be written as $10,000+) implies that the client doesn't have that kind of money. It's not for you to decide what they can and cannot afford.

I've noticed that most of your websites are flash based. Mature and serious audience are the target of my website. Is it possible that you make clean HTML and a non-flash corporate websites?

As we have said earlier, we've been working with clients from different fields and we tend to cope up with their different taste. It's a sure thing that we can design very professional websites. You can always look at our portfolio, but once you did not find examples of sites that you want, you can either email or call us, and we'll be glad to give you more examples.

Can you give me your typical turn around period?

It's hard to predict a specific turnaround time because of the high level of custom work and the collaborative process involved in each website we build. But it's a sure thing that we will work together with you to finish the Web Design Project in a given time. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the Web Design, but delays can occur if any milestone that requires your decision and actions, such as approving web design changes, is not acknowledged on time. Take this example for instance. A five page website can be finished anywhere between 7-44 days after we've received all directions, content and feedback from you. A month is the safest estimated time to finish a project, though it could be much faster or slower, it depends on your input. You can ask your sales agent for more information. Express service are also offered but for an additional fee to expedite your project. Bear in mind that we can only work as effective and as fast as you allow us. Turnaround time client is dependent.

For this price, will you custom design our website?

Can you register our domain name and host our website at the same time?

Big YES. For web hosting, we charge as low as $14.95 monthly while domain names are $10 a year. We will provide custom email accounts and a control panel, perfect to check your visitor stats and manage your files.

I already have my website address. Can I use it if I host with you?

Yes, we can both help you retain your existing domain name on our servers or register a new one.

Will it be easier for us to manage our website (on ourselves) after you have designed it?

You'll be able to use your website independently because you'll be given several options for managing your site after it's completed. When we're done building your new website, you will own it and have full access to it. You can make changes to the site and you're opting for an editable website package. This way, you can log in any time you want to easily make changes to any non-Flash content in your site. You just have to make sure that you let us know before you sign up that you'd like this option. Lastly, we also offer Webmaster services just in case you'd like us to manage your new site for you. This will save you $150, because this is pre-paid, discounted update work to your site; 30 hours of work for only $300.

How can I work with you if we're a thousand miles apart from each other? Should I not look for a local company instead?

Before the site gets launched, do we still have the chance to review and suggest modifications?

Can I get a testimonial from any of your clients?

Do you work with individuals who only have small home business like me?

Can you give me your Business Hours?

Yes, our business hour starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM CMT - Monday to Friday while 10:00 AM to 4:00PM CMT on Saturdays. Live chat is available for sales for your convenience.

With the magnificent work for your price range, do you often get similar compliments?

My notes:

• Your Request aQuote and Contact Us pages are basically the same.
• You need to have a page that lists your rates and the various services you offer. Having prices in the FAQ is confusing because you don't seem to list prices anywhere else on your site.
• The order of your questions in your FAQ are not logical and some questions are repetitive.
• As a native English speaker myself, it's clear to me that whoever wrote your site is not a native English speaker. No-one uses words like magnificent and many of your sentences don't make any sense.
• If I were buying a website, I would NOT use your company. The copy is very poorly written and quite obviously either translated from another language or written by a non-native English speaker.
• You need to emphasize that you're a website designer and that the copy content has to be written either by the client or that you'd hire a professional copywriter.
• Would be great to see before and after pictures of the sites you've (re)designed.
